When it came to the work, the crews were fast, efficient, neat, and thorough! The project started in a timely manner, stayed on schedule, and actually finished ahead of schedule. The Project Manager was present, knowledgeable, and receptive to any questions or concerns that we may have had along the way. BBB uses a job tracking tool called Builder Trend that makes it easy for the homeowner to know what is going on from day to day throughout your project and if your presence is required, or not. In the end, the process was seamless and we are beyond pleased with the way our space turned out. I hired BBB to finish my basement. The project took exactly the amount of time they estimated. I found Kaitlyn (office manager) to be very responsive and addressed any concerns or questions immediately. The workers were all very friendly and professional. It was expensive but I got several quotes for the project and theirs was in line with the others, it is simply an expensive time to remodel. I am very happy with the basement and my kids have basically moved in down there!

I had a great experience with BBB finishing our basement. They worked with us to maximize the space, without going over our budget.
